least three (3) working days prior to the scheduled date <br /> of the Plan Review Committee , the Plan Review Committee <br /> shall consider the contents thereof. <br /> "If such reports are not received within the prescribed <br /> time, the Plan Review Committee shall note such fact in its <br /> findings and recommendations. It shall be the responsibility <br /> of the subdivider to comply with the lawful requirements of <br /> such agencies regardless of whether or not a report has been <br /> submitted to the Plan Review Committee by an agency. <br /> "Section 30. 39 . Duties of the Plan Review Committee. <br /> When reviewing the tentative map, the Plan Review Committee <br /> shall : <br /> " (a) Provide an opportunity for : <br /> " (1) Comments of the subdivider and/or his <br /> engineer (surveyor) ; and <br /> " (2) Comments of such other officials and <br /> utilities and agencies that may have <br /> submitted a report; <br /> " (b) Consider the proposed subdivision as it relates to: <br /> " (1) Environmental review documents ; <br /> " (2) All elements of the General Plan and its <br /> policies; <br /> " (3) Relevant adopted specific plans and the Zoning <br /> Ordinance; <br /> " (4) Degree of conformance with adopted development <br /> design standards and specifications; <br /> " (5) Adequacy of provisions for fire safety and <br /> general safety as determined by the Fire Chief; <br /> " (6) Utility requirements . <br /> " (c) Review an application for exceptions , if any, as <br /> provided in Section 30. 69 . <br /> 30 <br />
