"Section 30 . 40 . Action of the Plan Review Committee . <br /> After completion of its review of the proposed tentative <br /> map, the Plan Review Committee shall within five (5) working <br /> days transmit copies of its findings and recommendations to <br /> the subdivider and to the Planning Commission. The Planning <br /> Director shall place the matter on the earliest Planning <br /> Commission meeting agenda that will afford the Commission <br /> adequate time to review the proposed map and that will permit <br /> compliance with public hearing notice requirements , if any . <br /> "Section 30 . 41. Action of Planning Commission, <br /> Considerations Required . The Planning Commission shall <br /> consider the following before approving , conditionally approv- <br /> ing , or disapproving the proposed tentative map : <br /> " (a) Environmental review documents ; <br /> " (b) The report of findings and recommendations , if <br /> any, of the Plan Review Committee; <br /> 7 <br /> " (c) Consistency with adopted general plan, relevant <br /> specific plans , policies and standards of City; <br /> " (d) Application for exceptions , if any; <br /> " (e) Staff reports ; <br /> j " (f) Testimony of the subdivider and/or his engineer <br /> (surveyor) ; <br /> " (g) Public -hear-i-ng testimony . <br /> "Section 30. 42 . Required Findings.
