plans , the Zoning Ordinance , or subdivision improvement <br /> requirements; <br /> " (b) The site is not physically suited for the proposed <br /> type or density of development; <br /> " (c) The design or proposed improvements are likely to <br /> cause substantial environmental damage , or substantially <br /> and avoidably injure fish, wildlife or their habitat , or <br /> cause serious public health problems; <br /> " (d) The design or improvements of the proposed <br /> subdivision will conflict with essential public easements <br /> for access through, or use of , property within the proposed <br /> subdivision, unless acceptable alternate public easements <br /> will be provided; <br /> " (e) The reasons submitted for the granting of the <br /> exceptions applied for do not comply with requirements for <br /> findings as described in Section 30 . 69 (b) , and the tentative <br /> map (or tentative parcel map) is deemed not workable without <br /> the granting of such exceptions; <br /> " (f) Such other findings of conflict with written public <br /> policy or with the public interest as the Planning Commission <br /> may determine. <br /> "Section 30 . 43 . Report to Subdivider , Submittal of <br /> New Maps . The action of the Planning Commission shall be <br /> reported in writing to the subdivider within five (5) working <br /> days accompanied by one copy of the tentative map as approved . <br /> One copy of the approved tentative map and accompanying data <br /> shall be filed in the Planning Department and Department of <br /> Public Works .
