"Section 30. 44 . Tentative Map Changes , Revisions . The subdivider may subsequently file a revised tentative map showing substantive changes in the design , number of lots or shape of lots . "Such revised tentative map shall , however , be subject to all provisions of this chapter and the Subdivision Map Act applicable at the time such map is revised , and such map shall show all of the information required by Section 30 . 35 inso- far as necessary to support any revisions or modifications that may have been made . If the subdivider , prior to the filing of a final map, makes changes in the map or statements Planning Director for review 2; thereon, the subdivider shall submit such changes to the/Plan Review Committee. The Plan Review Committee shall submit its recommendations to the Planning Commission who shall approve such changes before a final map may be filed. "Section 30. 45. Expiration and Extension of Tentative Map Approvals. An approved or conditionally approved tentative map shall expire eighteen (18) months from the date the map was approved , or conditionally approved by the Planning Commission.
