or if subst. tive revisions have been C1e by the subdivider <br /> to such map from the submitted tentative map, the subdivider <br /> shall prepare and submit new maps , for approval of such <br /> departments. <br /> "Section 30. 44 . Tentative Map Changes , Revisions . The <br /> subdivider may subsequently file a revised tentative map <br /> showing substantive changes in the design , number of lots or <br /> shape of lots . <br /> "Such revised tentative map shall , however , be subject <br /> to all provisions of this chapter and the Subdivision Map Act <br /> applicable at the time such map is revised , and such map shall <br /> show all of the information required by Section 30 . 35 inso- <br /> far as necessary to support any revisions or modifications <br /> that may have been made . If the subdivider , prior to the <br /> filing of a final map, makes changes in the map or statements <br /> Planning Director for review 2; <br /> thereon, the subdivider shall submit such changes to the/Plan <br /> Review Committee. The Plan Review Committee shall submit <br /> its recommendations to the Planning Commission who shall <br /> approve such changes before a final map may be filed. <br /> "Section 30. 45. Expiration and Extension of Tentative <br /> Map Approvals. An approved or conditionally approved tentative <br /> map shall expire eighteen (18) months from the date the map <br /> was approved , or conditionally approved by the Planning <br /> Commission. In the event that a water or sewer moratorium <br /> is established by the Council, that portion of the eighteen <br /> (18) month period remaining at the time the moratorium was <br /> imposed shall be available to the subdivider operative on <br /> the date when such moratorium is terminated . <br /> "Section 30 . 46. Withdrawal of Tentative Mar. Any <br /> subdivider or owner of the property may withdraw the tentative <br /> 31, <br />
