map at any time up to three (3) working days before the <br /> map is scheduled to be considered by the Planning Commission <br /> by submitting a written request therefor to the Planning <br /> Director. Upon receipt of such notice to withdraw the map, <br /> the Planning Director shall notify the Planning Commission <br /> and all persons and agencies who had previously received <br /> copies of said map for review and recommendation . Upon such <br /> notification, the tentative map shall be deemed to have been <br /> officially withdrawn. No refund in filing fees for such <br /> withdrawn map shall be made . <br /> "Section 30 . 47 .
