Review of Final Map. Upon receipt of <br /> the material required in Section 30 . 53 , the Director of <br /> Public Works shall within ten (10) working days examine the <br /> map for conformity with the tentative map. If the Director <br /> of Public Works determines that the final map does not conform <br /> substantially <br /> /to the tentative map, except r treeh e-al o-r i vex R4- <br /> 'error -Prat inert ral l a€-f-ee-ti. rg- the -o.t the trap, he <br /> shall advise the subdivider in what aspects the final map must <br /> be corrected to achieve conformity with said tentative map. <br /> "Upon determination by the Director of Public Works that <br /> substantial <br /> the final map is in/conformance with said tentative map, he <br /> shall within fifteen (15) working days review the final map <br /> for: <br /> " (a) Sufficiency of affidavits and acknowledgements ; <br /> " (b) Correctness of survey and mathematical data; <br /> " (c) Compliance with provisions of the Subdivision <br /> Map Act and this chapter; <br /> " (d) Sufficiency and adequacy of public utility easements <br /> for affected public utilities or private agencies . <br /> "One copy of the final map shall be returned to the <br /> subdivider with notations as to errors or omissions , or a <br /> statement by the Director of Public Works that the final map <br /> is correct.
