certificates and two complete sets of blueline prints on cloth , all of which shall contain the required original signatures for transmittal to the City Clerk. When the final map is found to be correct , the data shown thereon or submitted therewith is sufficient, and all applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this chapter have been complied with, the Director of Public Works shall within ten (10) working days of the date the corrected final map was submitted to him by the subdivider certify his approval on the original tracings and the blueline cloth prints of said map. Following the certification of the Director of Public Works , the final map shall be transmitted to the City Clerk . "Section 30 . 55 . Action by City Council . Upon receipt of the final map and related documents , the City Clerk shall available put the matter on the next/regular agenda of the Council . The Council shall either approve , conditionally approve , or disapprove such map in accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and of this chapter . "Section 30 . 56. Additional Guarantees . In addition to the requirements set forth in the Subdivision Map Act , the subdivider shall at the time of filing of the executed and endorsed final map with the City Clerk , furnish guarantee of title or a letter from an approved title company certifying that the signatures of all persons whose consent is required to pass clear title to the land being subdivided appear on the proper certificates and are correctly shown on said map, both as to consent to the making of the map and to the necessary affidavits of dedication.
