The <br /> subdivider shall also furnish grant deeds for any land <br /> or easements required to be dedicated to the City as part <br /> of the subdivision , but which have not been dedicated on <br /> the final map. <br /> "Section 30 . 57 . Recordation of Map. Upon approval of <br /> the final map and related documents , the City Clerk shall <br /> transmit such map and documents to the Clerk of the Board of <br /> Supervisors for recordation . Related documents shall include <br /> but shall not be limited to covenants , conditions and restric- <br /> t tions , and any required improvement agreement . After recorda- <br /> tion of the final map and related documents , the subdivider <br /> shall file one set of reproducible polyester base tracings , <br /> and two sets of covenants and restrictions with recordation <br /> One set of <br /> indicia thereon with the Department of Public Works . / <br /> prints from such tracings shall be transmitted to the Planning Department. <br /> "Article V. Miscellaneous Requirements <br /> "Section 30 . 65. Public Hearing and Notice . The Planning <br /> Commission shall conduct a public hearing for each tentative <br /> parcel map and for each tentative map for which an application <br />} for exceptions from the standards of this chapter have been <br /> made. Notice thereof shall be given as provided in Section <br /> 66451. 3 of the Government Code; and provided further , owners <br /> of record of adjacent lands shall be notified in the manner <br /> provided in Section 49 . 3 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance . <br /> Any interested person may appear at such hearing and shall <br /> be provided the opportunity to make comments on such tentative <br /> parcel map or tentative map. <br /> 3e <br />
