"Section 30 . 66 . Extension of Tentative Parcel Map <br /> and Tentative Map Approvals . Any subdivider who desires <br /> an extension of the expiration date for a tentative parcel <br /> map or tentative map shall file a written application with <br /> the Planning Director at least forty-five (45) days before <br /> the approval or conditional approval of a map is due to <br /> expire. The application shall state the reasons for request- <br /> ing the extension . In granting the extension , new conditions <br /> for approval of such tentative parcel map or tentative map <br /> may be imposed and existing conditions may be revised. An <br /> extension or extensions of a tentative parcel map or tentative <br /> map expiration date shall not exceed a total of two years from <br /> the date of the initial approval of the tentative parcel map <br /> or tentative map. Modifications of a tentative parcel map <br /> or tentative map after approval or conditional approval shall <br /> not extend the time limits imposed by this section . <br /> "Section 30 . 67 . Failure to File Parcel Map or Final Map. <br /> Failure to file a parcel map or final map with the City in <br /> accordance with the applicable provisions of this chapter <br /> within the prescribed time limit shall terminate all proceed- <br /> 7 ings. After all time limits for the filing thereof shall <br /> have elapsed, any subdivision of the same land shall require <br /> the filing of a new tentative parcel map or tentative map <br /> and the payment of the required fees in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this chapter . <br /> "Section 30 . 68 . Appeals - Advisory Agency. The <br /> subdivider may appeal from any action of the Subdivision <br /> Committee or the Planning Director, whichever is applicable, <br /> 39 <br />
