Grading, Erosion and Sedimentation <br /> Control Plans . Plans and other documents required under <br /> Section 30. 86 (b) shall include precise grading plans and <br /> specifications. Where, in the opinion of the Director of <br /> Public Works, the site possesses a high soil erosion potential , <br /> the plans and specifications shall also show erosion control <br /> measures to be undertaken. <br /> "Such plans and specifications for erosion control shall <br /> include one or more of the following measures to prevent soil <br /> erosion and to prevent sedimentation or damage to adjacent <br /> property : <br /> " (a) Special slope grading; <br /> " (b) Installation of retaining walls , underdrains <br /> and similar structures ; <br /> " (c) Special facilities for collection, conductance , <br /> retention, or diversion of surface waters ; <br /> " (d) Preservation and enhancement of vegetative cover <br /> on undisturbed existing slopes; <br /> " (e) Planting graded slopes with suitable vegetative <br /> cover . <br /> Article VI .
