(Location and depth of such laterals shall be <br /> indicated on construction drawings) ; <br /> " (g) Street tree and other street plantings which shall <br /> be installed by City and the cost of which shall be reimbursed <br /> by the subdivider; <br /> " (h) All communications and electrical distribution <br /> facilities , including fire alarm boxes ; <br /> " (i) Gas distribution system; <br /> " (j ) Street lighting system; <br /> " (k) Underground ducting and appurtenant structures <br /> for traffic signal systems ; <br /> " (1) Earth retaining walls; <br /> " (m) Any other improvements which may have been attached <br /> as conditions to an approved planned development permit . <br /> "Section 30 . 88 . Guarantees . The subdivider shall <br /> guarantee the workmanship of all improvements installed by <br /> him or under his direction , and shall correct all deficiencies <br /> in the design and/or construction of any improvement for a <br /> period of one year from the date of acceptance of such improve- <br /> ments by City. Such guarantee shall include any repairs to <br /> such improvements caused by or necessitated by storm erosion <br /> or landslides. <br /> "Section 30. 89 . Completion Plans . Upon completion of <br /> the construction of all improvements , the subdivider shall <br /> amend the improvement plans to show improvements ' as built. ' <br /> Such ' as built ' plans shall be suitable reproducible material. <br /> Upon receipt of the ' as built' plans , the Director of Public <br /> Works shall recommend formal acceptance of the improvements <br /> by the Council when he is fully satisfied that they have been <br /> 3 <br />
