The <br /> burden of proof shall lie with the subdivider to show that <br /> alternate designs , materials and specifications are equal <br /> to such standards or specifications . All grading and/or <br /> major vegetation removal in connection with the subdivision <br /> shall conform to the provisions of Section 30. 90 . <br /> "Section 30 . 87 . Minimum Improvements . The minimum <br /> subdivision improvements that shall be required , if applicable <br /> to the proposed subdivision , unless specifically excepted by <br /> the Subdivision Committee or the Planning Commission as the <br /> case may be, shall be as follows : <br /> " (a) Grading , curbs and gutters , paving , and monuments <br /> within street rights-of-way; <br /> " (b) Driveways , sidewalks or pedestrian paths and <br /> similar features; <br /> " (c) Street name signs , traffic warning signs , required <br /> traffic and crosswalk lines , and similar devices , all in <br /> accordance with standard specifications of the City; <br /> " (d) Storm drainage system, including on and off <br /> site grading and drainage structures ; <br /> " (e) Water system including fire hydrants with required <br /> appurtenances; <br /> " (f) Sanitary sewer system and appurtenant structures , <br /> laterals for each lot including such connections as are <br /> �L <br />
