traffic and drainage which is necessitated by the construc- <br /> tion of the proposed subdivision . <br /> " (b) The subdivider shall submit a complete set of <br /> plans , profiles , cross sections and specifications for the <br /> proposed improvements which shall be in conformity with the <br /> current design standards in force and the standard specifica- <br /> tions of the City, on reproducible material , in a form <br /> acceptable to the Director of Public Works for his review and <br /> approval . The plan scales and the sheet sizes shall be <br /> approved by the Director of Public Works . If the Director <br /> of Public Works approves the improvement plans and specifica- <br /> tions, he shall so certify on the face of the reproducible <br /> material. <br /> " (c) The Director of Public Works , or other representatives <br /> of the City shall have the right to enter upon the site of <br /> the improvements for the purpose of inspecting the site , the <br /> improvements, and the materials to be utilized in connection <br /> therewith. The Director of Public Works shall be furnished <br /> with such samples of materials as he may require for testing <br /> to determine the acceptability of such materials . <br /> " (d) No improvement work shall be commenced until plans <br /> and specifications have been approved by the appropriate City <br /> official whose approval is required for the improvement work. <br /> Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the approved <br /> plans and specifications , to permanent line and grade , to <br /> the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works who shall <br /> inspect such work. All work shall be subject to such inspec- <br /> tions as he deems necessary. All improvements shall comply <br /> �l <br />
