This geologic report which shall be prepared <br /> in connection with any required soils report, shall indicate <br /> if the area is suitable for development , and if found <br /> suitable , shall specify what actions must be taken prior <br /> to approval of a parcel map or final map, as the case may <br /> be , and/or prior to the issuance of any building permits . <br /> If the area is found unsuitable for development, the applica- <br /> tion shall be denied. <br /> "Section 30. 85 . Final Map: Monuments . At the time <br /> of making the survey for the final map, the engineer or <br /> surveyor shall set sufficient durable monuments to conform <br /> with the standards described in Section 8771 of the Business <br /> and Professions Code . <br /> "The engineer or surveyor shall also set such additional <br /> monuments as the Director of Public Works shall require. All <br /> monuments necessary to establish the exterior boundaries of <br /> the subdivision shall be set or referenced prior to the <br /> recordation of the final map. Interior monuments shal] be <br /> set in accordance with the provisions of Sections 66496 , 66497 <br /> and 66498 of the Government Code . <br /> "Section 30 . 86 .
