The subdivider shall be <br /> responsible for preparation of all documents necessary for <br /> filing an application to the State Public Utilities Commission <br /> for a permit to establish and improve such crossing. <br /> "Article X. Enforcement and Judicial Review <br /> "Section 30 . 126. Prohibition and Penalty. Any person, <br /> firm or corporation which subdivides or which engages in <br /> a division of land in violation of this chapter or in viola- <br /> ; tion of any documents , resolutions or ordinances referenced <br /> herein or of the Subdivision Map Act shall be subject to the <br /> provisions of Section 66499 . 31 of the Government Code . <br /> "Section 30 . 127 . Remedies . The City shall be entitled <br /> to, but shall not be limited to, all of those remedies listed <br /> in the provisions of Section 66499. 32 through 66499 . 36 of <br /> the Government Code for any violations of the provisions of <br /> this chapter. <br /> "Section 30 . 128 . Judicial Review. Any action or proceed- <br /> ing relating to a subdivision or division of land undertaken <br /> pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be subject <br /> to the limitations and provisions of Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code.." <br /> SECTION 3.
