Section 30.16 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 30. 16 Exceptions for Parking Assessment District. <br /> The offstreet parking requirement contained herein may be <br /> reduced or eliminated by the Zoning Administrator for any <br /> building or use located in a parking district established by <br /> the Council in connection with which land has been acquired for <br /> public parking purposes if the Zoning Administrator finds that <br /> the parking needs for the particular structure or use are <br /> substantially met by the parking spaces provided in the district. Section 30. 17 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 30.17 Improvements for Parking and Loading <br /> Facilities. <br /> �� �a� <br /> " (1) 'Off-street parking and loading facility, ' <br /> as used in this Section 30. 17, means: <br /> (i) Al1 such facilities required pursuant to <br /> the provisions of this Article, and <br /> (ii) Any parcel of land used for the parking <br /> or storage of three or more motor vehicles, <br /> or tfie �,oa.ding of such vehicles, in any <br /> d.i�trict ixrespective of any other use of <br /> such parcel or anX adjoining parcel, and <br /> including parking lots and garages as <br /> detined in 5ection 2.77 .
