withdrawn, the provisions of Article 45 hereof shall not <br /> apply to such facility. <br /> " (d) No person shall park or store, or cause or permit the <br /> parking or storing of any vehicle upon any offstreet parking <br /> and loading facility for the purpose of displaying such vehicle <br /> for sale, lease, or rental unless such use of such facility is <br /> otherwise permitted pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance, <br /> any permit issued pursuant thereto, or pursuant to the provisions <br /> of any other ordinance. " <br /> SECTION 23. Section 31. 5 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 31. 5 Dwelling Groups. Dwelling groups shall <br /> be subject to and shall conform to the following requirements : <br /> " (a) No use permit shall be granted for a dwelling group <br /> in an R-1 or R-2 District unless the Zoning Adminis- <br /> trator determines that the land cannot feasibly <br /> be subdivided. <br /> " (b) Each dwelling in a dwelling group shall be a dwelling <br /> of a type permitted in the district without a use <br /> permit. <br /> " (c) Every required offstreet parking space having <br /> its entrance located more than 40 feet from a <br /> public street shall have access to a public <br /> street by means of an access drive at least 20 <br /> feet in width. Such access drive shall either <br /> form a loop terminating at each end on a public <br /> street or shall terminate in a turn-around area <br /> not less than 60 feet in diameter. The provisions <br /> of this paragraph shall not apply to dwelling <br /> groups consisting of two dwelling buildings when <br /> the dwelling building located furthest from the <br /> street from which access is supplied is a single <br /> family dwelling. If more than ten dwelling units <br /> are included in the dwelling group, additional <br /> parking at the ratio of one parking space for each <br /> two dwelling units shall be provided. <br /> " (d) Except as modified in this section, and in Section 31.6 , <br /> dwelling groups shall conform to all the requirements <br /> of the district in which it is to be located. " <br /> SECTION 24 . Section 31 . 8 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> -15- <br />
