-.. , .,_ � <br /> height of six feet wherever such maximum <br /> allowable height for fences exceeds six <br /> feet; provided, however, that no such wall, <br /> fence,� hedge, or device shall exceed the <br /> maximum allowable height for fences and walls <br /> specified in Section 31.8; provided, further, <br /> that such wall, fence, hedge, or device shall <br /> comply with the provisions of Section 29.75 <br /> of the Redwood City Code, relating to hazards <br /> or impediments to the progress or vision of <br /> persons traveling on public streets. <br /> " (4) Every offstreet parking and loading facility, <br /> excluding access drives providing access to <br /> garage or carport spaces, shall conform to the <br /> requirement of, and be marked in accordance <br /> with, the provisions of S�ction 30.6 (a) hereof. <br /> " (5) Every access drive to an offstreet parking and <br /> loading facility shall comply with the provisions <br /> of Section 30.7 hereof, Section 30.17 (a) , above, <br /> and Article II (commencing with Section 29.15) <br /> of Chapter 29 of the Redwood City Code. <br /> " (6) Illumination oP every offstreet parking and <br /> loading facility shall be so constructed, <br /> installed, maintained, and operated so as to <br /> preclude direct illumination of any adjoining <br /> residential property. <br /> " (c) In the event that the Zoning Administrator f:.nc?:� cliat the <br /> design or landscaping of any offstreet parking and loading <br /> facility, not theretofore approved by the City, is not compatible <br /> with, or substantially detracts from, the appearance of the <br /> area within which such facility is located, the Zoning Adminis- <br /> trator shall prepare a written statement of such finding and <br /> f.acts in support thereof, and transmit said statement to the <br /> owner of such facility, together with notification to said owner <br /> of the date upon, and time, and place at which such finding <br /> will be reviewed with the Zoning Administrator. <br /> "Upon such review, the Zoning Administrator shall confirm <br /> or withdraw the finding. In the event the finding is confirmed, <br /> the owner shall apply for an archftectural permit �or the <br /> offstreet parking and loadinq �acility pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Article 45 hereof.
