" <br /> SECTION 6. Section 40.7 is hereby added to the aforementioned <br /> ordinance to read as follows: <br /> "Section 40.7 A plan review committee consisting of the <br /> Planning Director, the Public Works Director, the Building <br /> Official, and a representative from each of the Fire, Police, <br /> and Parks and Recreation Departments shall advise the Zoning <br /> Administrator on every permit to be acted on by the Zoning <br /> Administrator in respect to those matters within the application <br /> that pertain to their administrative jurisdictions and authorities. " <br /> SECTION 7 . Section 3. 4 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 3. 4 Interpretat.ion of District Boundaries. The <br /> following rules shall govern th.e interpretations of the district <br /> boundaries on zoning maps: <br /> '' (a) Where a boundary is indicated as approximately <br /> following a street, alley or waterway, or is <br /> located within a street, alley or waterway, the <br /> centerline of such s;treet or alley or waterway <br /> shall be the boundar�y. <br /> " (b) Where a boundary is indicated as approximately <br /> following a lot line� or property line, such lot <br /> line or property lir.�e shall be the boundary. <br /> " (c) Where such boundary does not follow a line as <br /> described in (a) and. (b) , above, the location of <br /> the boundary shall x>e as shown by the dimensions <br /> on the map. <br /> " (d) If no dimensions are� indicated on the map, the <br /> location of the bouridary shall be interpreted by <br /> use of the scale ap�>earing on the map. <br /> " (e) Where uncertainty e�:ists as to the boundaries of <br /> any of the aforesaicl districts as shown on said <br /> maps, the Zoning Administrator, upon written <br /> request or upon his own motion, shall determine <br /> the location of such boundaries. <br /> -2- <br />
