" (g) Where a boundary dim.ension falls within one foot of a property line, the property line shall be deemed to be the boundary. Where dimensions are related to a corner lot which has a turning radius, such dimensions shall measure from the intersection of the extended street right-of-way� lines. " (h) In the case of a TP-W District in relation to a water body, the district boundary on the landward side of the district shall be 10 feet inland from the normal high water mark. The other boundaries of any TP-W District shall be governed by the other applicable rules of this section. " SECTION 8. Section 11. 4 of the aforementioned ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 11. 4 Conditional Uses. The follovaing structures and uses are permitted in the PO District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: " (a) Business and financial offices. " (b) Medical and dental laboratories. " (c) Prescription pharmaceutical dispensaries within medical clinics; prc�vided, however, that said dispensaries shall ��e located entirely within the main building, and s�hall not be provided with outside entrances or signs, and provided, further, that sales therefrom shall be conducted without display of products or adver�tising displays . " (d) Schools and studios for arts, crafts, photography, music , and dance. " (e) Private clubs, lodge:s, and fraternities. " (f) Parking lots and par�king garages. " (g) Public and quasi-public uses except corporation yards, storage or rE�pair yards and warehouses. " (h) Any other use not ot:herwise listed in this article, which is determined by the Zoning Administrator to be of the same ge�neral character of the uses permitted by this ar•ticle, and is not inconsistent with the purpose of this article.
