., ..,� <br /> ,� <br /> � <br /> " (f) In the event of any conflict between a map and a <br /> boundary description, the description shall control . <br /> " (g) Where a boundary dim.ension falls within one foot <br /> of a property line, the property line shall be <br /> deemed to be the boundary. Where dimensions are <br /> related to a corner lot which has a turning radius, <br /> such dimensions shall measure from the intersection <br /> of the extended street right-of-way� lines. <br /> " (h) In the case of a TP-W District in relation to a <br /> water body, the district boundary on the landward <br /> side of the district shall be 10 feet inland from <br /> the normal high water mark. The other boundaries <br /> of any TP-W District shall be governed by the other <br /> applicable rules of this section. " <br /> SECTION 8. Section 11. 4 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 11. 4 Conditional Uses. The follovaing structures <br /> and uses are permitted in the PO District subject to first <br /> securing a use permit therefor: <br /> " (a) Business and financial offices. <br /> " (b) Medical and dental laboratories. <br /> " (c) Prescription pharmaceutical dispensaries within <br /> medical clinics; prc�vided, however, that said <br /> dispensaries shall ��e located entirely within the <br /> main building, and s�hall not be provided with outside <br /> entrances or signs, and provided, further, that <br /> sales therefrom shall be conducted without display <br /> of products or adver�tising displays . <br /> " (d) Schools and studios for arts, crafts, photography, <br /> music , and dance. <br /> " (e) Private clubs, lodge:s, and fraternities. <br /> " (f) Parking lots and par�king garages. <br /> " (g) Public and quasi-public uses except corporation <br /> yards, storage or rE�pair yards and warehouses. <br /> " (h) Any other use not ot:herwise listed in this article, <br /> which is determined by the Zoning Administrator <br /> to be of the same ge�neral character of the uses <br /> permitted by this ar•ticle, and is not inconsistent <br /> with the purpose of this article. " <br /> SECTION 9 . Section 12. 4 of tr�e aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> -3- <br />
