� � <br /> "Section 12. 4 Conditional Uses. The following structures <br /> and uses are permitted in the CA District subject to first <br /> securing a use permit therefor: <br /> " (a) Schools and studios for arts, trades and professions <br /> not including industrial machinery and processes. <br /> " (b) Any other use not otherwise listed in this article <br /> which is determined by the Zoning Administrator to <br /> be of the same general character as the uses <br /> permitted by this article and is not inconsistent <br /> with the purpose of this article. " <br /> SECTION 10. Section 13. 4 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 13. 4 Conditional Uses. The following structures <br /> axr�luses are permitted in the CN District subject to first <br /> securing a use permit therefor: <br /> " (a) Automobile service stations not including major <br /> vehicle repair and overhaul. <br /> " (b) Liquor stores, bookstores, automatic coin operated <br /> laundries, and dry cleaning and laundry agencies . <br /> " (c) Restaurants, including the sale of beer or wine <br /> for consumption on the premises. <br /> " (d) No use occupying in excess of 7 , 500 square feet <br /> of floor area in any single building shall be <br /> permitted except upon first obtaining a use permit <br /> therefor. <br /> " (e) Public and quasi-public uses except corporation <br /> yards, storage or repair yards or warehouses. <br /> " (f) Any other uses not otherwise listed in this article <br /> which are determined by the Zoning Administrator <br /> to be of the same general character as the uses <br /> permitted by this article and are not inconsistent <br /> with the purpose of this article. " <br /> SECTION 11. Section 14 .4 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 14 . 4 Conditional Uses.
