Section 40. 2 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 40. 2 The Zoning Administrator shall prepare <br /> and provide to the public such forms as may be necessary for <br /> the administration of this ordinance. " <br /> SECTION 40. Section 40. 3 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 40. 3 The Zoning Administrator shall prepare and <br /> issue all permits granted by the Zoning Administrator and on <br /> behalf of the Commission all permits granted by the Commission <br /> and shall transmit to the Council such reports and recommendations <br /> as the Zoning Administrator and Commission may make in respect <br /> to decisions appealed to the Council or on other matters <br /> requiring action by the Council. " <br /> SECTION 41. Section 40 . 4 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> "Section 40.4 Any applications or documents required by <br /> this ordinance to be filed with the Zoning Administrator shall be <br /> filed with the Planning Department. Any applications or documents <br /> required to be filed with the Council shall be filed with the <br /> City Clerk. Delivery may be made either personally or by mail; <br /> delivery by mail shall not be complete until received. " <br /> SECTION 42. Section 42 .1 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 42. 1 Procedure. Use permits for all uses <br /> listed as conditional uses or as otherwise required by this <br /> ordinance shall be acted upon by the Zoning Administrator in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this article.
