"Section 42. 2 Application. Appl�cations shall be filed <br /> with the Planning Department by the owner of the property <br /> affected or his agent. Every application shall be accompanied <br /> by a nonrefundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50 . 00) and shall be <br /> accompanied by such legal descriptions, maps or plats, drawings, <br /> and other reasonable, pertinent information as may be required <br /> by the Zoning Administrator. " <br /> SECTION 44 . Section 42 . 3 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 42. 3 Zoning Adm'inistrator Action. The Zoning <br /> Administrator shall review the application within 30 days <br /> after its filing and shall grant, or conditionally grant, the <br /> use permit applied for unless he finds that the establishment, <br /> maintenance or operation of the use applied for would, under <br /> the circumstances of the particular case, be detrimental to <br /> the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare <br /> of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such <br /> proposed use or would be detrimental or injurious to property <br /> or improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare <br /> of the City. " <br /> SECTION 45. Section 42. 4 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 42. 4 Conditions. The Zoning Administrator may <br /> attach such conditions or requirements, in addition to those <br /> expressly provided for in this ordinance� as the Zoning Adminis- <br /> trator finds necessary to obtain the objectives and purposes <br /> of this ordinance or necessary to protect adjacent properties <br /> or the public interest. <br /> "A use permit may be granted for a fixed period of time and <br /> shall automatically terminate on the expiration of that period. <br /> _2�-- <br />
