"Section 43. 1 Variances. The Zoning Administrator <br /> shall have the power to grant variances from the terms of <br /> this ordinance in respect to height regulations, minimum <br /> building site areas, minimum average lot widths, minimum lot <br /> ° - ° frontages, lot coverages, yard requirements,, and offstreet <br /> parking and loading facilities, in accordance with this <br /> article. " <br /> SECTION 50. Section 43. 2 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 43. 2 Application. (a) An application for a <br /> variance shall be filed with the Planning Department by the <br /> owner of the subject property or his agent. Every application <br /> shall be made on a form furnished by the Zoning Administrator <br /> and shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of Seventy-five <br /> Dollars ($75. 00) . The application shall include plot plans, <br /> drawn to scale and accurately dimensionec�, showing the location <br /> of all existing and proposed buildings and structures, if any, <br /> on the subject property; a legal description of the property; <br /> proof of ownership; statement establishing the existence of the <br /> circumstances described in Sections 43. 4 (a) , 43. 4 (b) and 43. 4 (c) <br /> hereof; and other reasonable, pertinent information as may be <br /> required by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> " (b) Whenever the application contemplates new buildings <br /> or structures, the subject property shall be physically marked <br /> for a period of five days immediately preceding any public <br /> hearing thereon with stakes, flags, string, or other suitable <br /> devices to show clearly and accurately the location and extent <br /> of the proposed improvements for which the variance is sought. " <br /> SECTION 51. Section 43. 3 of the aforementioned oreinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows; <br /> -30-- <br />
