"The development plan shall be prepared at such scale, <br /> and with such number of copies, as the Zoning Administrator <br /> determines necessary for convenient review. <br /> "The development plan shall contain sufficient information <br /> to establish or identify the proposed uses, exact dimensions <br /> and locations to the proposed structures, parking, and loading <br /> facilities, pedestrian walkways, and existing and proposed <br /> streets, easements and property lines. It shall contain <br /> provisions for recreation spaces to meet the needs of the <br /> anticipated population of the area for which the planned develop- <br /> ment permit is sought. The Zoning Ad�inistrator may require <br /> such other pertinent information and drawings as may be <br /> necessary to determine that the purposes of this ordinance <br /> will be secured if the application is approved. " <br /> SECTION 62. Section 46. 5 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 46. 5 Zoning Administrator Action. The Zoning <br /> Administrator shall review each application for a planned <br /> development permit for a project area of less than one acre and <br /> shall approve, conditionally approve, or deny the application <br /> as he finds appropriate to carry out the objectives of this <br /> ordinance. " <br /> SECTION 63. Section 46. 6 of the aforeznentioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 46. 6 Commissiori Action. The Commission shall <br /> review each application for a planned development permit for <br /> a project area of one acre or more and shall approve, <br /> conditionally approve, or deny the application as the <br /> Commission finds appropriate to carry out the objectives of <br /> this ordinance.
