" (g) Retail furniture, office equipment, appliance and <br /> home furnishing stores. <br /> " (h) Building materials sales establishments and automobile <br /> parts and accessories stores. <br /> " (i) Agricultural or gard�n nursery and landscaping <br /> supplies sales; flower shops. <br /> " (j ) Bicycle sales and repair shops; souvenir shops. <br /> " (k) Restaurants, including the service of alcoholic <br /> beverages, indoor commercial recreational facilities <br /> such as theaters and bowling alleys. <br /> " (1) Any other uses not otherwise listed in this article <br /> which are determined by the Zoning Administrator to <br /> be of the same general character as the uses permitted <br /> by this article and are not inconsistent with the <br /> purpose of this article. " <br /> SECTION 14 . Section 17 . 4 of the aforementioned ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 17 . 4 Conditional Uses. The following structures <br /> arid uses are permitted in the IR District subject to first <br /> securing a use permit therefor: <br /> " (a) Outdoor commercial recreation facilities. <br /> " (b) Restaurants and drive-in eating establishments. <br /> " (c) Building material, building equipment, feed and <br /> fuels sales yards. Unless otherwise provided in <br /> the use permit, all such uses shall be conducted <br /> within a building. Concrete or asphalt batch or <br /> mixing plants are not permitted in the IR District. <br /> " (d) Animal hospitals, veterinary clinics, mortuaries, <br /> columbariums or crematories. <br /> " (e) Retail service establishments, including automobile <br /> service stations. <br /> " (f) Retail stores not otherwise permitted pursuant to <br /> the provisions of Sections 17 . 2 or 17 . 3 and which <br /> occupy at least 30, 000 square feet of floor area <br /> in any single building. <br /> " (g) Any other use not otherwise listed in this article <br /> which is determined by the Zoning Administrator to <br /> be of the same general character as the uses <br /> permitted by this article and is not inconsistent <br /> with the purpose of this article.
