Presentation of Retirement Proclamations honoring Harriet Trice and Genevieve McKibbin <br /> for their extraordinary volunteer services to the Redwood City Library; (207) <br /> Mayor Howard read and presented the City Proclamation to Harriet Trice, and thanked her <br /> for twenty-seven years of outstanding volunteer service to the Redwood City Library. <br /> Mayor Howard described how Harriet began the Library's Book Delivery Service to <br /> Homebound readers in 1970, and for the past 25 years has brought gifts to Homebound <br /> readers and their volunteers during the Winter Holidays celebration. <br /> Harriet Trice thanked the Council and said she would continue to serve on the Board of <br />- the Friends of the Library and serve as its Historian.
