ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (205) <br /> A. Public Works Services Director Ingram announced that Tuesday, March 17, at 8:00 a.m. <br /> County Dispatch would throw a switch and the new fully staffed Redwood Shores Fire Facility <br /> would be ready to roll. He said the weather had delayed the opening, but everyone involved <br /> agreed that the station could be fully functional while the remaining outdoor improvements <br /> were being made. Mayor Howard said a formal opening would take place as soon as the <br /> facility was completely finished. <br /> MEMO 3/17/98 <br /> B. Colleen Jordan, 84 Eddystone Court, representing the Board of the Redwood Shores Home <br /> Owners Association, spoke on behalf of the Board, and formally and respectfully requested <br /> that, "the Redwood Shores Home Owners Association be notified officially whenever there is <br /> going to be any action taken or hearing about any matters taking place within Redwood Shores, <br />- where we can have 60 days notice, so that we are able then to put it on the agenda of the Home <br /> Owners Association meeting and discuss them as a Board. We appreciate your delaying taking <br /> action on an item in the last meeting, so that we would have an opportunity to review it." <br /> City Manager Everett described staffs current notification efforts and said he would be glad <br /> to set up an internal process to notify the Redwood Shores Home Owners Board.
