Position of Community Development Services Supervisor: (903) In response to Council Member Ira's questions regarding Item 3.E., City Manager Everett explained that four separate, existing positions were being redesignated under one title, and the position of Assistant Planner will be filled next year. MEMO 5/19/98 3.B. Appointment of Literacy Tutor-Student Coordinator: (90 I) In response to Council Member Leipzig's questions regarding Item 3.B., City Manager Everett said that this was a vacant position, not a new one, within Project Read. City Manager Everett described the program that trains students to become tutors and said the position was solely under the auspices of Project Read.
