ATTACHMENT 3. <br /> applicable City laws and regulations, and all associated approved and adopted <br /> environmental documents, have together served as an adequate and appropriate <br /> evidentiary basis for the findings and actions set forth in this Resolution. <br /> Section 2. CEQA: The Planning Commission finds that the project is found <br /> to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to <br /> Section 15332 "In-Fill Development Projects" because: <br /> a. The project is consistent with the applicable general plan designation <br /> and all applicable general plan polices as well as with applicable <br /> zoning designation and regulations. <br /> b. The proposed development occurs within city limits on a project site of <br /> no more than five acres substantially surrounded by urban uses. <br /> c. The project site has no value as habitat for endangered, rare or <br /> threatened species. <br /> d. Approval of the project would not result in any significant effects <br /> relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality. <br /> e. The site can be adequately served by all required utilities and public <br /> services. <br /> Section 3, Tentative Parcel Map TM2013-05: The Planning Commission <br /> finds that: <br /> a. The map, design, and improvements of the proposed <br /> subdivision are consistent with the City of Redwood City <br /> General Plan, the City of Redwood City Municipal Code, the <br /> City of Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, and all applicable <br /> subdivision improvements requirements; <br /> b. The site of the proposed subdivision is physically suited for the <br /> type and density of the proposed development; <br /> c. The design and proposed improvements are not likely to cause <br /> substantial environmental damage, or substantially and <br /> avoidably injure fish, wildlife or their habitat, or cause serious <br /> public health problems; and <br /> d.
