He told the Council that this year is the 38th year in a row they have celebrated their <br /> special day. In honor of Pastor and Mrs. Logie, Mayor Howard declared December 8, 1997 as <br /> "Romance Day" in Redwood City. After the invocation and congratulations from the Council and <br /> the audience, Pastor and Mrs. Logie went off to enjoy a romantic, and expensive, dinner. <br /> MINUTE BOOK NO. 56 <br /> Page No. 086 <br />
