BOARDS, COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> A. Update ITom the Council Facilities Committee by Chairperson Buchan (Members Buchan, <br /> Claire and La Berge.) (209, 100) <br /> Councilwoman Buchan, Chair of the Council Facilities Committee, presented the Report <br /> and an update of the activities of the Facilities Committee including updates on Redwood <br /> Shores capital improvement projects and pending budget recommendations that will be <br /> brought to the entire Council in the near future. The most recent committee meeting was <br /> January 15 and the next meeting will be January 29,1997. <br /> Sandpiper Park School and Community Center is nearing completion of the <br /> construction documents phase and bids have been received for the site improvements <br /> portion of the project. Council will vote on awarding that contract later this evening.
