Free Up4rades. With a current subscription, IDModeling will provide free upgrades for <br /> Sedaru and Sedaru Mobile Apps as and when new functionality is added and known <br /> bugs are fixed. <br /> Securitv Measures. IDModeling will comply with industry standard security measures <br /> that are consistent with PCI, HIPAA and other similar standards when implementing and <br /> hosting Sedaru, and performing services for City under this agreement. <br /> Ownershiq. Sedaru, the software deliverables, and all underlying development tools, <br /> algorithms, software code, and all intellectual property rights therein, are owned by <br /> IDModeling. Nothing in this proposal is deemed to give IDModeling any interest in, or <br /> ownership of, City proprietary data, including any data input, database design, <br /> outcomes, results, maps, reports, and related output of Sedaru. IDModeling will provide <br /> the City a non-exclusive license to Sedaru with this agreement executed and a current <br /> subscription in-place. <br /> The following assumptions were made for this Agreement: <br /> • The City will host its published GIS services using its ArcGIS 10 or above server, <br /> • IDModeling will use City's existing geodatabase, in its current state, <br /> • IDModeling will connect the GIS and hydraulic model, <br /> • Sedaru functionality will focus on water and sewer and right-of-way infrastructure, <br /> per Sedaru's current product roadmap <br /> The following tasks would be performed under a separate contract to be billed as time <br /> and materials: <br /> • Onsite training for Sedaru users <br /> • Configuration and deployment of mobile inspection forms <br /> • Integration with the City's SCADA system <br /> • Integration with PublicStuff(myRWC.com) citizen engagement software <br /> • Integration with the City's utility billing system <br /> • Connection to the City's AMR/AMI system <br /> REV: 02-20-14 MLG <br /> ATTY/AG R/2014.018/I D M O D E L I N G <br />
