EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES Deliverables: IDModeling will deliver, maintain, and host its software entitled SedaruT"" ("Sedaru") to support the City's utility systems, planning, and analysis. Sedaru will integrate City information systems for daily water/wastewater network management needs, will utilize the City's existing water and sewer network geodatabase, and will reference high priority elements of asset management, operations and maintenance to provide the following: • System-wide mapping of total deficiencies and potential impacts • Ground-verified and hydraulic model validated deficiency identification • Workforce management for field crews on mobile devices • Interdepartmental communication framework for real-time collaboration • Customizable business intelligence and decision support dashboards The Sedaru program includes water data integration, water system monitoring, and network management benefits, accomplished by referencing and displaying data received from water hydraulic model, geographic information system (GIS) and infraMap systems. The Sedaru benefits provided to City shall include, but are not limited to: • Interactive capabilities to define performance criteria • Deficiency alerts for attention, communication, and proactive response • Dynamic deficiency and customer mapping for performance evaluations, prioritization, and justification of near and long-term projects • Real-time communication and collaboration between departments • Increased efficiencies related to field data entry and workforce management The Sedaru software will allow the City to continuously monitor deficiencies and generate updated mapping based on real-time, historic, and predicted deficiencies, and allow the City to develop a systematic approach to effectively identify, justify, and plan for high-value projects. Support and Services. With a current subscription IDModeling will provide Sedaru software implementation, hosting, software maintenance, product and performance enhancements, new features for deliverables, 24/7 access to the web-hosted Sedaru, and technical support to support Sedaru for the City. Services beyond the effort described above, and outside of the Term, related to engineering consulting or the update or upgrade of a specific information system, other than Sedaru, such as the GIS, hydraulic model, SCADA, AMI, Billing, myRWC.com, or other related, will be performed under separate agreement at rates then applicable.
