City will evaluate Consuitant's duties pursuant ta this <br /> Agreement to determine whether disciosure under the Political Refiorm Act and City's <br /> Conflict of lnterest Code is required of Consultan# or any of Consuitant's employees, <br /> agents, or subcontractors. Should it b�e determined that disctosure is required, <br /> Consuftant or Consultant's affected employees, agents, or subcantractors will complete <br /> and file with the City Clerk those schedules spec�ed by City and contained in the <br /> Statement of Economic Interests Form 700. <br /> Consultant, for Consultant and on �half of Consultant's agents, employees, <br /> subcontractors and consultants warrants that by execution of this Agreement, that they <br /> have no interest, present or corrtemplated, in the pmjects affected by this Agreement. <br /> Consuttant further warrants that neither Consultan#, nor Cor�sultant's agents, <br /> empfoyees, subcontractors and cpnsultants have any anciilary real property, business <br /> interests or incame that wiil be affected by this Agreement or, attematively, that <br /> Consultant wiil�le with City an affidavit disclosing this inte�st. <br /> 18. General Compliance wi#h Laws. Consuitant wiil keep fuliy informed of federal, <br /> state and local laws and ordinances and regufations which in any manner affect those <br /> emptoyed by Consultant, or in any way affect the perfarmance of the Senric:es by <br /> Cansultant. Consultant will at all times observe and compiy with these laws, ordinances, <br /> and regulations and will be responsible far the compiiance of Consuitant's Services with <br /> all applicabie laws, ordinances and regulations. <br /> 19. Discrimination and Harassment Prohibited.
