1.03 CLOSE-OUT DOCUMENT(BID ITEM NO. 3) <br /> A. Full compensation for providing close-out documents including all operation manuals, warranties, <br /> maintenance manuals, commissioning reports, as-built drawings and other pertinent information shall <br /> be submitted to the City after 14 calendar days after completion of the project. Completion is defined <br /> as after the contractor and City agree that the units are operating properly and accepted by the City. <br /> Close-out documents shall be paid as a lump sum cost.
