Applicant shall be responsible for the installation on the west side of <br /> Highway 101 of any water line connections necessary to meet the project's <br /> fire flow requirements. <br /> 13. Grading shall be performed in accordance with Volume III, Part II of the <br /> City's Engineering Standards (www.redwoodcity.org/cds/engineering/ standards/ <br /> design/Party). Soil or other construction materials shall not be stockpiled in <br /> the public right-of-way. Applicant shall submit cut/fill volumes (CY) for all <br /> soils to be imported to or exported from the site. <br /> 14. Applicant shall apply for and obtain a Grading Permit. Prior to Grading <br /> Permit issuance, the Applicant shall submit a Plot and Finished Grading <br /> Plan prepared by a California registered Civil Engineer. <br /> 15. All utilities shall be designed in accordance with the City's Engineering <br /> Standards. All onsite private utilities shall also be designed to meet City's <br /> Engineering Standards or in accordance to City's design practice. <br /> 16. Applicant shall evaluate and determine the project's impact to the city's <br /> wastewater system. Applicant shall improve sewer mains that are under <br /> capacity, based on the City's Sewer Master Plan, and are impacted by the <br /> project. <br /> 17. Applicant shall perform any and all sanitary sewer pipe replacement <br /> necessary to reduce inflow and infiltration or pay an in-lieu fee, as <br /> determined by the City Engineer. The length of pipe replacement or the <br /> amount of fee will be in accordance with Attachment L of the City's <br /> Engineering Standards. <br /> 18. Recycled water facility shall be provided and designed in accordance with <br /> Engineering Standards for dual plumbing, irrigation and other warranted <br /> uses as mentioned in the Recycled Water Ordinance. <br /> 19. Prior to the submittal of construction documents, the Applicant shall obtain <br /> a soils report, prepared by a licensed geotechnical engineer, in <br /> conformance with Engineering Standards, Volumes II & Ill. <br /> 20. The Applicant shall pay all applicable water, recycled water, and <br /> wastewater, related fees outlined on the City's web site at: <br /> http://www.redwoodcity.or_q/bit/infrastructure/pdf/FeesandCharges01.04.12 <br /> .pdf, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 21. Pursuant to City Municipal Code Chapter 18, Article XIV, street, curb, gutter <br /> and sidewalk shall be replaced, repaired, repaved, or reconstructed. <br /> 22.
