City of RE 7.1.D. - Page 36 <br /> will be made by July 1,2014.The City will evaluate and determine the feasibility of <br /> installing additional small full-capture devices to treat trash loads generated within TMA <br /> #1. If it is determined to be feasible and resources are available,the City will install small <br /> full-capture devices to treat additional area in TMA#1 by July 1, 2015. <br /> • The City plans to evaluate the following for potential implementation.A decision regarding <br /> implementation will be made by July 1,2017. In accordance with their NPDES stormwater <br /> permit, Caltrans is required to implement trash control measures to reduce trash loads on <br /> state-owned streets, roads and highways. The City will collaborate with Caltrans to <br /> determine the possibility of entering into an agreement to offset the cost of installing small <br /> full-capture devices on El Camino Real.The City would be responsible for maintaining <br /> small full-capture devices. Implementation of small full-capture devices on El Camino Real <br /> will occur by July 1, 2021 if the City executes an agreement with Caltrans regarding <br /> installation. <br /> ■PARTIAL-CAPTURE TREATMENT DEVICES <br /> Implemented Prior to and Continued After MRP Effective Date: <br /> • The City did not install partial-capture devices within TMA#1 prior to the effective date of <br /> the MRP. <br /> Implemented after MRP Effective Date and Prior to July 1, 2014: <br /> • The City did not install partial-capture devices within TMA#1 during this time period. <br /> Planned for Future Implementation between July 2014 and July 2022: <br /> • The City plans to evaluate the following for potential implementation.A decision regarding <br /> implementation will be made by July 1,2014.The City will evaluate and determine the <br /> feasibility of installing partial-capture devices to treat trash loads generated within TMA <br /> #1.
