Director Ponty said the only staffing increase in this Budget is in the <br /> Parks Department for staffing the community center in Redwood Shores. No other <br /> staffing changes are included. <br /> Director Panty said the Paramedic training program was not anticipated last February <br /> when the two-year Budget was assembled, and is one of the recommended changes for <br /> Council consideration. <br /> Director Panty said the planned Capital Improvement Projects will decrease existing <br /> cash, and decreased interest income will occur.
