I just have to say this has been the squirreliest process I've seen, and it's probably due to 218, I understand. But, I think it is very difficult for people to understand this. I'm uncomfortable even though it may be perfectly legal for us to conduct a ballot in this manner, and I just want to put this on record. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Hartnett told everyone that Council/Redevelopment Agency Volunteer Art Balsamo, who in 1959 was a Redwood City employee, had attended the first Council meeting held at 401 Marshall Street, in February, 1959, and he was here tonight attending the final meeting. Mayor Hartnett expressed the sentiments of Council and staff present when he said "thanks for the memories. This is our last meeting in these Chambers,... and we thank Supervisor Barrales for being here at our last meeting."
