Community Development Director Nelson's report on the two traffic issues introduced <br /> at the August 25, 1997 Council meeting, the new Orion School site on Allerton, and the <br /> Ruby and Oak intersection. <br /> REPORT: Community Development Director Nelson, September 3, 1997 (on file in the <br /> City Clerk Department.) outlines specific steps to be taken to address these issues and <br /> other traffic issues in the City, including hiring a traffic consultant, in addition to Dan <br /> Smith, and the hiring of a Traffic Engineer by the end of September. <br /> Mayor Hartnett thanked Director Nelson for the report. He asked if anyone had any <br /> questions or comments regarding this report. Neither the Council nor the audience had <br /> any comments to make. Mayor Hartnett deemed the Report as accepted. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 97-178 <br /> B.
