" <br /> SECTION 10. Section 32. 4 of Ordinance No. 1130 , the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 32.4. Front Yard Modifications. Whenever building <br /> setback lines shown on a final recorded subdivision map approved <br /> subsequent to the original effective date of this ordinance <br /> provide for a greater front yard setback than that required in <br /> this ordinance, the required front yard setback shall be shown by <br /> the setback lines on said map, notwithstanding any provision in <br /> this ordinance to the contrary. " <br /> SECTION 11. Section 32. 5 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 32. 5. Double Frontage Lots. In the event any lot <br /> has frontage on two parallel or substantially parallel streets, <br /> both frontages shall be deemed to be lot fronts and the required <br /> front yard setbacks shall be maintained on each frontage. No <br /> additional rear yard setback shall be required. " <br /> SECTION 12.
