Church spires, belfries, cupolas, domes, fire and hose <br /> towers, windmills, chimneys, flag poles, parapet walls, <br /> television and radio reception antennas, satellite <br /> antennas and similar devices not exceeding twenty-four <br /> (24) inches in diameter or three and one half (3-1/2) <br /> square feet in area, elevator penthouses, and <br /> mechanical equipment. <br /> b. Places of public assembly, churches, schools, and other <br /> permitted public and quasi-public buildings, provided <br /> that for each one foot by which the height of such <br /> building exceeds that maximum height otherwise <br /> permitted in the district, its side and rear yard <br /> setbacks shall be increased in width or depth by an <br /> additional foot over the side and rear yard setbacks <br /> otherwise required for the district. In no event shall <br /> the height of such building exceed seventy (75) feet. " <br /> SECTION 14. Section 32. 8 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 32. 8.
