" <br /> SECTION 4. Section 6. 9 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 6. 9. The following yard setbacks are required in the R-2 <br /> District. <br /> (1) Front yards: <br /> Front yards shall have a basic minimum yard setback of <br /> fifteen (15) feet, and provided further that no garage <br /> or carport space shall have its entrance located within <br /> twenty (20) feet of any property line. <br /> (2) Side yards: <br /> 4 <br />
