, "" MJP:dit^a,9/05/90 (020/8) <br /> � DAL:dit�,�,,�9/26/90R <br /> DAL:dit 10/O1/90R <br /> Two-story dwellings/two-story additions: On any <br /> residential lot where a one-story dwelling or a <br /> one-story addition to a one-story dwelling is <br /> proposed, and wherever a portion of a lot is less <br /> than sixty (60) feet wide, each interior side yard <br /> setback may be reduced to ten (10) percent of the <br /> width of that portion of the lot, but not to less <br /> than four (4) feet; and on corner lots, the width <br /> of each exterior side yard setback may be reduced <br /> to twenty-five (25) percent of the width of that <br /> portion of the lot. <br /> (b) Exterior side yards/corner lots: <br /> Wherever a side yard is adjacent to a street, such <br /> side yard shall have a basic minimum yard setback <br /> of fifteen (15) feet. <br /> (c) Two-story dwellings/two-story additions: Second <br /> story structures shall maintain the basic minimum <br /> side yard for a maximum length which is equal to <br /> twenty-five (25) percent of the lot depth or <br /> thirty (35) feet, whichever is less. Remaining <br /> portions of the second floor shall have a minimum <br /> setback equal to one-half the height measured at <br /> the plateline, or ridge beam, whichever is <br /> highest. <br /> (d) Any single-family dwelling, which is in compliance <br /> with the yard setback requirements in effect at <br /> 3 <br />
