' MJP:dit�9/05/90 (020/8) <br /> � ` DAL:dit'�. �r9/26/90R <br /> DAL:dit 10/O1/90R <br /> setback equal to one-half the height measured at <br /> the plateline, or ridge beam, whichever is <br /> highest. <br /> (d) Any single-family dwelling which is in compliance <br /> with the yard setback requirements in effect at <br /> the time it was constructed, notwithstanding that <br /> the previous side yard setback requirements are <br /> less than allowed under current requirements, may <br /> be enlarged so long as the side yard setbacks are <br /> a minimum of five (5) feet, and the front and rear <br /> yards setbacks are a minimum of twenty (20) feet. <br /> Such additions shall comply with the requirements <br /> of Section 8. 9, a. , (2) , (c) above. <br /> (e) Any dwelling constructed with side yard setbacks <br /> less than required by paragraphs (a) , (b) , or (c) <br /> of this section shall have front and rear yard <br /> setbacks of not less than twenty (20) feet. <br /> (f) Any structure exceeding two (2) stories in height <br /> shall comply with all of the above minimum setback <br /> requirements, but in no case shall any setbacks be <br /> less than one-half the height of the building for <br /> each yard. <br /> (3) Rear yard: Rear yards setbacks shall have a basic <br /> minimum yard setback of twenty (20) feet. <br /> b.
