The most recent figure to date for <br /> Redwood City's car share program is 613 participants. The bike and car share <br /> programs are estimated to reduce annual GHG emissions by 1,188 MT. <br /> Parking Policies (TDM) <br /> Status Update: Parking study complete, recommendations align with 2020 CAP <br /> goals <br /> The parking study, Redwood City Downtown Parking Program — Operational and <br /> Programmatic Review, has been completed and was presented to Council on October <br /> 21, 2013. The report includes recommendations for rate increases to account for <br /> inflationary growth and the recognition of certain premium parking zones. Staff will be <br /> meeting soon with a Parking Advisory Committee to discuss the report's <br /> recommendations, and returning to Council with recommended rate changes. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> The City Council may elect to take no action on this annual progress report or to provide <br /> comments to staff. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There are no additional expenses associated with this report. The fiscal impact of any <br /> changes to the Climate Action Plan will be presented to Council at such time as they are <br /> presented for approval. <br />
