Staff has participated in Small Business Administration events, >y <br /> CQ <br /> International Council of Shopping Center events and regional events to make additional CD <br /> information available to local businesses. <br /> CO <br /> Program BE-103 High-Speed Rail Planning I/O The City continues to work with Caltrain and CHSRA staff to study the potential impacts of high- <br /> speed rail service along the Peninsula Corridor and participates in the Caltrain Modernization <br /> program's City and County Staff Coordination Group(CSCG). <br /> Historic Resources <br /> Program BE-104 Historic Preservation I/O The City continues to work with the Historic Resource Advisory Committee to make <br /> Ordinance recommendations regarding historic resources. <br /> Program BE-105 Funding Resources I/O The City continues to process Mills Act contracts in an effort to promote historic preservation. <br /> Program BE-106 Low-Interest Loans I/O The Programmatic Agreement is effective and historic properties are eligible for a customized loan <br /> program. <br /> Program BE-107 Secretary of the Interior's I/O As part of the development review process,staff continues to review new development to ensure <br /> Standards projects affecting historic resources use architectural standards from the Secretary of the Interior <br /> Standards. <br /> Program BE-108 Review Process C/A The process has been established and implemented for the Downtown Precise Plan Area.
