Annual General Plan Progress Report for Calendar Year 2013 <br /> 2013 <br /> Program Number Program Description Status Date Completed 2013 Update co <br /> Program BE-121 Continuing Education on I/O The City has conducted numerous walking tours and workshops regarding continuing education <br /> Historic Resources on Historic Resources. <br /> Program BE-122 Non-Government Landmark TBI To be implemented. cp <br /> Preservation W <br /> Program BE-123 Preserve America I/O After a hiatus on the subject,the HRAC is renewing the effort to achieve Preserve America status. <br /> Program BE-124 Historical Significance of I/O During the design of the Crossing 900 project,the daylighting of that section of a tribuary of <br /> Redwood Creek Redwood Creek was explored.Due to the low volume and infrequent nature of water flow,it was <br /> determined that daylighting would not be beneficial in this instance. <br /> Program BE-125 Consultation with Historic, I/O Consultation with the Sate Office of Historic Preservation is ongoing. The HRAC and liaison <br /> Preservation,or Heritage participate in training programs offered by the California Preservation Foundation. The City <br /> Organizations and Agencies participates in the National Trust for Historic Preservation program"Preservation Month"on a <br /> lyearly basis. <br /> Infrastructure <br /> Program BE-126 Funding for Water System I/A IThis project is initiated and on-going. A key accomplishment is the Capital Improvements for <br /> Maintenance and Upgrades water system maintenance.
