The next session is fall 2014. <br /> Program BC-58 Facilities Joint-Use I/O Staff developed a comprehensive joint use agreement with the Redwood City School District for <br /> recreational facility use. <br /> PUBLIC SAFETY ELEMENT <br /> Atmosphere and Climate <br /> Program PS-1 Air Quality Standards I/O 'The City continues to monitor current case law regarding air quality standards and has been in <br /> communication with the BAAQMD regarding application of the CEQA guidelines. <br /> Program PS-2 Dust and Emission I/O 1 The City continues to work with regulatory agencies to develop and implement appropriate <br /> Abatement standards. <br /> Program PS-3 Air Pollution Emission I/O The City continues to monitor current case law regarding air pollution emission standards and has <br /> Standards been in communication with the BAAQMD regarding application of the CEQA guidelines. <br /> Program PS-4 Air Pollution Control Plans I/O Air Pollution Plans are mitigation measures that typically are outlined in the environmental <br /> - documents such as in EIRS and Negative Declarations. <br /> Program PS-5 Energy Efficiency Standards I/O 12/09/13 Building Code adoption will have 2013 Energy codes incorporated. <br /> Program PS-6 Allowable Emission Sources I/O As part of the development review process,staff continues to review new development to ensure <br /> compliance with allowable emission sources pursuant to the applicable BAAQMD CEQA guidelines. <br /> Program PS-7 Sensitive Receptor Protection I/O While the City continues to work with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District to properly <br /> identify sensitive receptors and mitigation measures,this endeavor should be tempered with the <br /> long-term effects of exposure to poor air quality along identified transit corridors.
